CanGames Sale

The CanGames Sale is a consignment booth where you can put your well-loved games and accessories on sale. The booth operates like a bring and buy, but CanGames staff maintain the booth so you can play games while we sell your stuff.

This cash-only booth is open from 10am to 3pm on Saturday.

Only registered Cangames participants may register items. All attendees may shop at the sale

We take a 15% fee on what ever sells when you pick up your items.

If you want to sell your products, here is what you need to do.

1. Fill in a copy of THIS FORM listing all of the items you want to put on sale.
2. Bring the products to Marketplace at the back right corner of the rink area on Friday or Saturday Morning no later than 9 am.
3. We will sell your stuff while you play games! Cangames will take a 15% admin fee, and you will get everything else.
4. Come by to pick up your remaining items and your money from 6pm-10pm on Saturday night. Anything not picked up in that window is a generous donation to Cangames.
5. Print your tags on unique light coloured paper, painters tape or garage sale stickers. Unique labels are easier for us to spot at the end to cash you out. Make sure we can remove the tag and can figure out who, what and how much the item was as we use this to determine your cash out. Here is a suggested set of labels.
6. Label each item using only one sticker/label. Stickers must be easily removable, Painters tape, garage sale labels etc work well, NO permanent labels (e.g. no envelope labels)
7. All sellers must complete 2 copies of the Manifest Form (copy this or get them live at the booth)
8. Each sticker must correspond with a listed item off the seller’s completed Manifest Form
   Each sticker must include seller’s 3-character initials and price

You get back whatever does not sell. Please pick up your items after 6pm Saturday night. Items not picked up by 10pm on Saturday become CanGames property.

You can drop off your labeled items at the Cangames booth (right rear corner of the main floor) on Friday or Saturday with 2 copies of your manifest of the items you wish to sell. You can get the forms there or fill them in yourself ,in advance, and print them yourself by copying the document and filling it in with your items. We will need to keep at least one copy so please make a duplicate for yourself.
