The CONGREgATe Registration System

Our friends at Gildor Games, publishers of the RPG known as ELEMENTAL, have developed a registration system for small tabletop game conventions. This system, known as Congregate, has been successfully used by a number of other Canadian conventions and will be used for CanGames for the forseeable future.

CONGREgATe is a free web-based system that focuses on helping event organizers efficiently build and maintain schedules for organized events. It also allows for managing some other aspects of an organized event such as

• Game Master registration
• Game submission and approval
• Public scheduled
• Player sign-ups to games
• Event management tools for convention staff.
