Before you can submit an event, you must first Register as a Game Master.  Once you are registered, fill our the form below. The theme for CanGames 2025 is Party, so consider if that would fit in your games.

If you would like to run the same event multiple times, please fill out the form for each session that you want to run. We will only use the alternative time-slots if your preferred time-slot for your event is unavailable.

Please keep your event descriptions within 280 characters in length so it fits in the booklet. We will be editing the descriptions down if they exceed that length. Please ignore the “Organizer Details” and “Venue Details” section and just leave those blank.

If you have any special requests for your games, add this in the Special Requests section of the form which will be seen by the event coordinator. You can also email the general inbox of events@cangames.ca.

If you have successfully submitted an event, you can click on the green confirmation message or use the menu for additional submissions.

Once your game is approved, it will appear on the registration system page and players will be able to pre-register online as of March 2, 2025. You will be able to keep track of the numbers of folks signed up in real-time with email-notifications and see the registrations on the site. Don’t worry if it looks like players aren’t signing up for your game ahead of time; many players sign up half an hour before the game starts, when registration sheets go out for free sign-ups.
